Information Collection and Use:
"99MALL" is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. "99MALL" collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as credit card. "99MALL" also requires you to submit a user name and password of your choice for future access to your information. In order to process your orders using this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information, which include name, e-mail, telephone number and physical address. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site such as sending automated order status updates.

Order:
Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. In the order process, a user must provide additional financial information such as credit card number, expiration date, money order, wire transfer or check information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties. The only exception is when processing your credit card information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. "99MALL" provides a product-rating feature that allows customers to rate the quality of the product. Our review system also allows for customers to leave written comments to further elaborate their experience with the product. All ratings and review comments are pre-screened by a moderator before posting to the site. The moderator may choose to disregard or eliminate comments that do not meet the guidelines. Guidelines include that all comments are truthful and non-offensive. Guidelines do not permit the posting of personal information or information for the purpose of personal gain.

Shipping Policy

U.S. Orders Only. We will not ship orders outside the contiguous United States. These restrictions apply to Canada, Mexico and all other international destinations. We also do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii at this time. All items are shipped in high quality packaging to avoid shipping damage. Our default shipping method is UPS ground service. The shipping & handling listed in the website is for continental 48 states.

We don't ship product to APO/FPO and P.O. BOX addresses. Shipping upgrade is available upon request. Additional fee maybe applied.
Orders without valid phone number will not be entertained and cancelled without giving any reason.

If your shipping address differs from your billing address, then
1.Please contact your Credit Card Issuing Bank (phone number on the back of credit card) and add your shipping address as an alternative address on your account.
2.Please fax us a copy of your driver's license and credit card to 626-289-7387. or email to CustomerService@99mall.com
Otherwise, there could be a CANCELLATION in the shipment of your product once we have found the destination is invalid. This is to ensure the security & protection of our customer.

All items are normally shipped within2-3 business days after the payment is received. Please note no shipping on weekends, or federal holidays. Check may take longer since your order won't be shipped until your check is cleared.

Warranty & Return Policy

WE HAVE LESS THAN A 1% BREAKAGE RATE
- No refund on all customize items.
- All sales are final after 15 days from receiving.
- 25% restocking fee applies on all Non-Defective Return. Returned item must come with all the original package, accessories. Return items must be packed sturdily to avoid damage during transportation. You can't get full refund if returned item is damaged by your fault.
- Shipping & Handling cost is non-refundable.
- All defective item must obtain an RMA # before return.
- If found defective a replacement will be shipped immediately on our expense.
- We are only responsible the shipping for defective items.
- If item is damaged by shipper we will file a claim for you and the replacement will be shipped once the claim is approved. Damage must be reported within 3days once you receive the item.

This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and "99MALL".. The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the Site. Arbitration:
ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE, OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PREEXISTING, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, COMMON LAW, INTENTIONAL TORT AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS) arising from or relating to this Sale Agreement, its interpretation, or the breach, termination or validity thereof, the relationships which result from this Sale Agreement (including, to the full extent permitted by applicable law, relationships with third parties who are not signatories to this Sale Agreement), "99MALL".'s advertising, or any related purchase SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY AND FINALLY BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE NATIONAL ARBITRATION FORUM (NAF) under the Code of Procedure of ARBITRATION-FORUM.COM (the "Code") in effect at the time the claim is filed the Code and if any In-person Hearing is required, it shall be held in Los Angeles , California . Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered by any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own cost of any legal representation, discovery, or research required to complete arbitration.

Orders; Payment Terms; Interest; Taxes:
Orders are not binding upon "99MALL". until accepted by "99MALL".. Terms of payment are within "99MALL".'s sole discretion. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. "99MALL". may invoice parts of an order separately. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.
